- 4 veal cutlets 150-180 g
- 2 eggs
- Flour approx 100 g
- Salt

- Plant oil

Steps to make
Step 1
Take out the cutlets. Remove the skin and pound till it gets thin. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Take flour and crumbled bread into separate vessels. Now beat the eggs together.

Step 3
