5 Kangri Dham

Kangri Dham is something that does have the richness of HP. Here one would have the chance to eat 10 to 13 different types of curries with rice to eat. For this, it is better to go to Kangra City of the state. It is a proven fact that most people like it so much that they eat it every time they come to HP.

4 Momo

MOMO IN SHIMLA

Momo is a food of Nepal and Tibet. But it is safe to say that people of HP have adopted it to a great level that people say that in HP, one can get the best of Momo. A reason behind this is that there are many people from Tibet living here and they have managed to make momo a dish that you can have in HP the best quality.

3 Himachali Sepu Vadi

Himachali Sepu Vadi is most famous around Mandi city of HP. It is so tasty and is eaten with rice. During marriages and all, it is a must-have Sepu Vadi as a part of the food. It is very well made in HP that you must try it once.

2 Rajma

Rajma is famous in India. And many think that Punjabi Rajma is the most famous and the best. But this is not the truth as the people of Himachal make the best Rajma all over the world. The way they make Rajma does tell that they are the best in making his dish. And it is a proven fact also.

1 Himachali Siddu

Himachali Siddu is a true must to have. It is made of lentils and is eaten with Ghee. During winter, the overall eating experience of Siddu becomes 100 times better than what it can be. It is made with less oil, so for the body, it is indeed very good to eat. And the dish is made from both veg and non-veg, so all sets of people have something different to eat. Siddu is the dish that makes Himachal worth coming over.
